We use the information you provide about yourself when placing a ATV listing only to complete that listing. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that listing.

For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Should you decide that you want to permanently delete the account you created (for a private listing, to favorite listings, or subscribing to email alerts) please email us at [email protected] stating that you would like your personal information deleted and we will permanently delete all of the information you have entered to create your account and any listings associated with it. We will complete this within 5 business days and once this information is deleted it can not be recovered.

Refund Policy

The fees associated with listing a ATV for sale is a one-time payment and are not refundable.
